What's the cheapest way you can possibly build all your decks? Printing them at a local shop and cutting the cards yourself!

I made this tool to help everyone afford the hobby and try out different decks and playstyles. The cardstock quality might not be the best, but you can always buy the real deal later if you really do like a deck!

One card per line, quantity first: 4 Lightning Bolt or x4 Lightning Bolt. Section headers and blank lines are ignored.
